                         Official Tournament Entry Form- Entry Fee $100.00 Team

                                   80% Payback. Payouts to the top 5 in each category, Total Weight and Big Fish.

                  The big fish pot is $25 per team and pays 75% to the 1st place Big Fish and 25% to the 5th place Big Fish.

                                                         Trophies will be issued to top 3 in each category.
