Cottages & Mobile Homes at Randolph's Landing Our mobile homes and cottages are scattered throughout the landing. If you have checked out our rate sheet then you know we have a variety of accommodations. All mobile homes have central air conditioning. The cottages have window units that are more than enough. Each unit also has a full kitchen with coffee machines, microwaves, silverware, plates, glasses, and a small selection of pots and pans. Please note that there are no additional charges on the number of people staying in out mobile homes and cottages. The number and size of beds are detailed for each unit on the rate sheet. Units are serviced daily by our housekeeping staff. We only ask that you maintain your own kitchen dishes. Rates for each unit are set by the age and location of each. Here are our current Rates .
